Return Window
You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What We Accept
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are:

• Unopened and in original packaging
• Unused with all seals intact
• In resalable condition

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, and cover return shipping costs.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@luminoustouch.us with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide return instructions and address Returns Department, Luminous Touch at 3465 Gulf Of Mexico Dr, Longboat Key FL 34228.
3. Ship items back in original packaging (customer covers return shipping)
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges
Want to exchange an eligible item? Contact us at support@luminous.us, and we'll provide exchange instructions.

Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift sets and bundles
• Items marked as final sale
• Opened beauty/skincare products
• Products purchased at 50% off or greater
