Luminous Touch currently ships within the United States only.

🌎 Shipping Locations
- We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 1–3 days to update after dispatch.
🧾 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
If the address is incorrect:
- Contact us within 12 hours to correct it.
- If the package has already shipped, we are unable to change the address or issue a refund.
🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Luminous Touch is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
